Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms
writevaxy operates this website as a professional hub providing resources, training materials and information on live television production. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract between you and writevaxy under the laws of the United Kingdom.
Eligibility and permitted use
The site is intended for users aged eighteen or over who are resident in the United Kingdom or have a legitimate professional interest in television production. You may access the materials for personal professional development or internal business training. Commercial redistribution, resale or use of content to train third parties outside your organisation is not permitted without prior written consent from writevaxy.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate others or use the site to promote competing services. Any activity that disrupts the learning environment for other users or breaches UK data protection or e-privacy rules is forbidden. Breaches may result in immediate removal of access and referral to relevant authorities.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Where registration is required you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Any materials you submit such as project examples or feedback become subject to a non-exclusive licence for writevaxy to use for service improvement. You remain responsible for ensuring submitted content does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, diagrams, video demonstrations and other materials remain the intellectual property of writevaxy or its licensors. You may print or download single copies for personal study but must not modify, publish or commercially exploit them. Trademarks such as the writevaxy logo may not be used without express permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may reference external tools, equipment suppliers or platforms used in television production. These references are for information only and do not constitute endorsement. writevaxy accepts no liability for the availability, security or practices of third-party services. You should review their own terms before engaging.
Availability, changes, suspension and termination
writevaxy aims to keep the site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, legal compliance or suspected breach. Changes to these terms will be notified on this page and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law
The site and its content are provided on an as-is basis. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, writevaxy does not warrant that information will meet your specific requirements or be free from error. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the preceding paragraph, writevaxy total liability arising from your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to access paid courses in the twelve months preceding the claim. This cap does not apply to non-excludable statutory rights. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify writevaxy against claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of content or any infringement of third-party rights resulting from materials you submit.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain the right to use alternative dispute resolution schemes such as those approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms periodically. For questions contact us via the form on the Contacts page or write to 4 Millbank, Westminster, London, SW1P 3JA, United Kingdom. You may also telephone +44 20 7799 3655 or email info@iqstudios.co.uk. This document was last revised on 04 November 2026.
These terms are intended to be fair and transparent. If you are a consumer you have additional statutory rights that cannot be limited by contract. Should any part of these terms conflict with mandatory UK consumer protection law the statutory provision prevails.
